One of the great activities we enjoyed during our stay at Nyungwe Forest Lodge in Rwanda, was visiting the nearby tea factory. Once we got their we were welcomed by one of the staff and then introduced to the  full process of withering, cutting, tearing and curling, fermentation, drying and finally sorting, storing and packing tea.
